Shellfish Artichoke Sandwich

Ingredients

Artichoke bottoms

crabmeat cooked

green onions chopped

celery chopped

mayonnaise

Tobasco

English muffins halved

jack or Italian cheese shredded

Directions

Toast English muffin halves. Combine artichoke bottoms, seafood, onion, celery, mayonnaise, & Tobasco sauce in food processor. Pulse till roughly chopped. Spoon on toasted muffin halves and top with shredded cheese. Broil till cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve open-faced.
